How to Use the Pressure Test Report Generation Tools 🛠️

The calculator simplifies creating pressure test reports by breaking the process into three main steps.

1

System Configuration

First, you'll need to input the basic details about the system you are testing. This includes:

  • Report Type:
    • Wet Riser Pressure Test Report (FIRE)
    • Dry Riser Pressure Test Report (FIRE)
    • Hydrant Riser Pressure Test Report (FIRE)
    • Hosereel Pressure Test Report (FIRE)
    • SPK Pressure Test Report (FIRE)
    • CHWS/R Pressure Test Report (ACMV)
    • CWS/R Pressure Test Report (ACMV)
    • VRF Refrigerant Pressure Test Report (ACMV)
  • Company and Project Information: Fill in the company and project names.
  • Dates: Enter the test date and the calibration certificate dates.
2

Measurement Input

This is where you enter the data from your pressure test readings. The tool supports:

  • Test Pressure (psi): The target pressure for the test.
  • Starting Pressure (psi): The initial pressure reading.
  • End Pressure (psi): The final pressure reading after the test duration.
  • Allowable Leakage (%): The maximum permitted pressure drop for the test to pass.

You can also upload photos of the 1st and 2nd readings for documentation.

3

Generate Report

After entering all the required data, you can generate your report. The tool automatically calculates the actual pressure change and percentage to give you a clear result.

  • Click "Calculate" for an instant result that shows the actual pressure change and whether the test is a PASS or FAIL.
  • Click "Generate Pressure Test Report" to create a professional PDF report with all the details and spaces for signatures.
